Ingredients
- Blueberry Lavender Simple Syrup – this recipe uses homemade blueberry lavender syrup for a small touch of floral flavor as well as extra blueberry flavor and beautiful color. You can substitute regular simple syrup or lavender simple syrup and add extra blueberries to intensify the blueberry flavor. Or even add a little blueberry juice to make a blueberry juice cocktail.
- Blueberries – fresh or frozen blueberries both work well in this blueberry recipe.
- Lime juice – fresh squeezed
- Pineapple juice – canned or fresh squeezed pineapple juice.
- Coconut milk – canned full fat coconut milk
- Vodka – you can use whichever vodka you’d like in this blueberry vodka martini cocktail. Plain vodka, coconut vodka, vanilla vodka or even blueberry vodka!
Step by step instructions
- Make Blueberry Simple Syrup by simmering equal parts granulated sugar, blueberries, and water in a small saucepan then stirring in lavender to steep until fragrant and flavorful. Then strain and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add a handful of blueberries. Then top with fresh squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice, vodka and coconut milk.
- Shake vigorously until ice cold and thoroughly combined.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.

How to garnish
Garnish a blueberry martini any way you like! Give the hint of blueberries with a few drops of fresh blueberry juice.
