    I’m all about fun floats and mixing it up with lots of unexpected flavors and options. This Strawberry Kiwi Ice Cream version uses a fresh strawberry juice, vanilla ice cream and Strawberry Kiwi Sparkling Ice. But you can use any fruit puree or juice, ice cream, sorbet or gelato and whichever Sparkling Ice you desire.

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cup strawberry puree
    • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
    • ¼ cup Strawberry Kiwi Sparkling Ice
    • ½ small kiwi sliced for garnish

    Instructions

    • Pour strawberry puree or strawberry juice in the bottom of a tall glass. Add 3 small scoops of ice cream and fill with Strawberry Kiwi Sparkling Ice.
    • Garnish with sliced kiwi and strawberries if desired. Serve with a straw and a spoon and enjoy!

    Notes

    Serving a crowd? Make it a Strawberry Kiwi Summertime Punch by pouring 4 cups of fresh strawberry puree into a large punch bowl before adding ½ gallon vanilla ice cream and pouring 4 bottles of Strawberry Kiwi Sparkling Ice over top. Use frozen kiwi slices and strawberries to keep the punch cool and signal what's inside.

      I love the idea of making an ice cream float without traditional soda and these drinks look perfect for it! Plus strawberry kiwi is one of the best flavor combos of summer! So good!

      This sparkling ice water is a great replacement for soda. During the Summer the fruits are so sweet. There is no need to have extra sugar
