Ingredients
¼cupstrawberry puree
½cupvanilla ice cream
½cupStrawberry Kiwi Sparkling Ice
½smallkiwisliced for garnish
Strawberry puree
½cupstrawberriesclean and hulled
1tablespoongranulated sugar
1tablespoonswater
½teaspoonlemon juice
Instructions
Pour strawberry puree or strawberry juice in the bottom of a tall glass. Add 3 small scoops of ice cream and fill with Strawberry Kiwi Sparkling Ice.

Garnish with sliced kiwi and strawberries if desired. Serve with a straw and a spoon and enjoy!

Strawberry puree
Place berries, granulated sugar and water in small saucepan over low heat. Bring to a simmer until sugar is dissolved and berries are heated through. Carefully transfer to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth then place a fine mesh strainer over a medium bowl and strain the berry mixture to remove seeds. Discard solids and place berry sauce in refrigerator to chill until ready to use, at least 30 minutes up to 4 days.
½ cup strawberries, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, 1 tablespoons water, ½ teaspoon lemon juice
