    • Fresh eggs are always best, although the older the eggs I’ve found the easier they are to peel.
    • Cool water ensures the eggs and water come to temperature at the same time for even cooking.

    Step by step instructions

    1. Place eggs in a large saucepan in a single layer.
    1.  Cover with cold water.
    1.  Place over high heat and bring to a rapid boil. Boil 1 minute.
    2. Turn burner off and cover pan. Leave eggs in covered pan on warm burner for 15 minutes for hard boiled eggs with perfectly set whites and evenly cooked through yolks. Adjust time as desired for different doneness.
    3. Drain.
    4. Place eggs in bowl of ice water to cool.
    1.   Crack, peel and enjoy!

    How to store

Peeled or unpeeled hard boiled eggs will keep refrigerated for up to a week.
