Ingredients

Honey lemon dressing

honey

olive oil

tablespoons
lemon juice

Instructions
Whisk dressing ingredients in a medium bowl.
1 tablespoon honey,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
3 tablespoons lemon juice,
¾ teaspoon ground cumin,
¼ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Add shredded carrots and chopped herbs and toss to coat.
1 pound carrots,
½ cup cilantro
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper if needed.
