Instructions
Bring apple cider to a boil in a large stockpot.

Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer uncovered until cider reduces by 75% and becomes thick and syrupy, about 1-2 hours.
Remove from heat and strain, if necessary, into a sterilized jar or bottle.
Store refrigerated until ready to use.
