Ingredients

coconut water
unsweetened

lemon juice
from half a lemon

ounces
vodka

tablespoon
granulated sugar

egg white
Instructions
Combine coconut water, lemon juice, vodka and egg white in a cold shaker without ice.
3 ounces coconut water,
.75 ounce lemon juice,
1.5 ounces vodka,
1 large egg white
Shake vigorously at least 30 seconds.
Add 2-3 ice cubes, and sugar and shake to cool.
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Strain into tall glass or coupe glass, scooping foam on top if needed.
