Iced Lavender London Fog is a delicious london fog drink, or iced tea latte recipe, made with blueberries and lavender syrup.

Ingredients
½cupblueberriesfresh or frozen
¼cuplavender simple syrup
4bagsearl grey teaor 2 tablespoons loose leaf tea
¼cuphalf and half
2cupswater
3cupsice
Instructions
Bring water to a simmer.

Add blueberries to a medium heat proof bowl and smash lightly. Add tea to the same bowl as the blueberries and pour simmering water over the top.
½ cup blueberries, 4 bags earl grey tea
Allow tea and berries to steep for 5 minutes. Meanwhile place ice in a pitcher and place a fine mesh strainer over the top.
3 cups ice
When 5 minutes is over pour tea mixture through strainer and over ice to immediately cool. Sweeten tea with lavender simple syrup and store refrigerated until ready to serve, up to 7 days.

To serve fill glasses with ice and pour blueberry lavender iced tea over ice to fill ½-3/4 full. Add cream and stir. Then top with a little more tea to add a layered look, if desired. Garnish with blueberries or lavender sprigs and enjoy!
