¼cupfresh dillchopped
1 tablespoonlemon juice
2tablespoonslemon zest
Pea shootsoptional to garnish
Garlic ranch dressing
¼cupmayonnaise
¼cupsour cream
¼cupwhole milk
2mediumgarlic scapes(or 2 cloves garlic + 1 green onion instead)
1tablespoonfresh parsley
¼teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoongarlic powder
2tablespoonschopped chives
1tablespoonlemon juice
¼teaspoonsaltmore to taste
⅛teaspoonpeppermore to taste
Instructions
Make herbed ranch by combining all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth, adding more milk if needed. Cover and store refrigerated until ready to use, up to 7 days.
