Ingredients
1 ½cupsfresh blueberrieschopped
¾cupfresh blueberrieswhole
½largered oniondiced
½cupcucumberpeeled and diced
¼cupcabbagechopped
¼cupcilantro leaves and stemschopped
1mediumjalapeno pepperdiced
1smalllimezested and juiced
1clovegarlicminced
⅛teaspooncumin powder
2tablespoonsolive oil
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
In a large bowl combine lime zest and juice, garlic, jalapeno, cumin powder, and red onion.

Stir in chopped blueberries, whole blueberries, diced cucumber, chopped cabbage and minced cilantro leaves and stems.

Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
