Ingredients

seedless watermelon

cup
heavy whipping cream
2
tablespoons
powdered sugar
½
pint
blueberries
Instructions
Whip cold cream and powdered sugar to make stabilized whipped cream up to 3 days in advance and store refrigerated.
Peel watermelon, slice and cut into any shape you desire.
Scoop a small hole out of the center.
Pat watermelon lightly with a paper towel to dry.
Using a piping bag fitted with a star tip pipe whipped cream onto watermelon.
Top with a blueberry.
