Start by making Dalgona Whipped Coffee. Bring water to a boil and combine with sugar and instant coffee in a stand mixer. Whip vigorously to stiff peaks.
½ cup instant coffee, ½ cup granulated sugar, ½ cup water
Spoon the dalgona whipped coffee into an airtight container.
Tightly cover and place in the freezer overnight or until frozen.
Scoop Frozen Dalgona Coffee with an ice cream scoop, wetting the scoop with hot water as needed.
