Ingredients

all purpose flour

Honey butter

butter
softened

tablespoons
honey
pinch

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease 13×9 inch baking pan.
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add milk and oil and mix well.
2 cups milk,
2 large eggs,
⅔ cup canola oil
Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Then stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
½ cup granulated sugar,
2 cups yellow cornmeal,
2 cups all purpose flour,
2 tablespoons baking powder,
2 teaspoons salt
Pour cornbread batter into prepared pan.
Meanwhile, if desired, make honey butter. Whip softened butter with honey and salt.
¼ cup butter,
3 tablespoons honey,
pinch salt
Bake 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve warm cornbread with honey butter.
