Ingredients
1ouncegin
2ouncesgreen grape juice
½ouncelime juicefreshly squeezed
2-3ouncesclub sodato top
3grapesoptional, peeled for garnish
Instructions
Begin by turning fresh grapes into grape juice. Wash grapes and remove stems. Add to a large saucepan and cook over low heat, popping grapes and stirring with a potato masher or large spoon. Cook over low heat until grapes release all their juices. Then use a cheesecloth or nut milk bag to strain out skins and any seeds or stems. Place in glass jar or pitcher and refrigerate up to 3 days.
When ready to serve shake green grape juice in a cocktail shaker with ice, gin and lime juice.
1 ounce gin, 2 ounces green grape juice, ½ ounce lime juice
Pour into a highball glass.
Top with club soda to fill.

Garnish with a skewer of peeled grapes, or plop a few frozen grapes in the glass.
