Ingredients
Frozen Cranberry Apple Cider Mimosa
3cupscranberry apple cider sorbet
750mlchampagnechilled
Cranberry Apple Sorbet
3cupsapple cider
1cupcranberriesfresh or frozen
½cupgranulated sugar
Instructions
Make cranberry apple cider sorbet up to 2 months in advance. Bring cranberries, apple cider and sugar to a simmer in a small saucepan. Then puree, strain and place in a shallow container in freezer. Freeze until set, breaking up frequently with a fork. Then cover tightly and store frozen until ready to use, up to 2 months.
1 cup cranberries, ½ cup granulated sugar, 3 cups apple cider
Place serving dishes in the freezer to chill.
When ready to serve scoop sorbet into serving glasses.
