Ingredients
5cupswater
½pintraspberriesrinsed
½cupgranulated sugaror any alternative sweetener
4tablespoonsloose leaf black teaor 8 tea bags
½cupcreamor any dairy alternative, optional
Instructions
Bring water to a boil.
5 cups water
Meanwhile, place raspberries in a large bowl with sugar. Crush into a thick jam like liquid.
½ pint raspberries, ½ cup granulated sugar
Sprinkle in tea or add tea bags.
4 tablespoons loose leaf black tea
Pour hot water over fruit and tea and steep for 5 minutes.
Place 5 cups of ice in a large pitcher and strain raspberry infused tea concentrate over ice. The ice will immediately melt, diluting the concentrate and cooling the tea.
Drizzle in a tablespoon of cream to make an iced tea latte.
½ cup cream
Serve over ice in a tall glass.

Fresh berries not available? Use Frozen! Simply defrost in the bowl before adding sugar to catch any juices and decrease boiling water in step two to 4 cups.
