Ingredients
1ounceBlueberry Lavender Simple Syrup
¼cupblueberriesfresh or frozen
1ouncelime juicefresh squeezed
1ouncepineapple juice
½ouncecoconut milkcanned full fat
2ouncesvodka
Instructions
Make Blueberry Lavender Simple Syrup by simmering equal parts granulated sugar, blueberries, and water in a small saucepan then stirring in lavender to steep until fragrant and flavorful. Then strain and refrigerate until ready to use.
1 ounce Blueberry Lavender Simple Syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add a handful of blueberries. Then top with all remaining ingredients.
¼ cup blueberries, 1 ounce lime juice, 1 ounce pineapple juice, ½ ounce coconut milk
Shake vigorously until ice cold and combined.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a few drops of blueberry syrup, fresh blueberries or even a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately.
