Instructions
Peel and cut watermelon.
1 medium seedless watermelon
Add watermelon pieces to blender and blend on medium to high until smooth. Alternately you can use an immersion blender to puree watermelon.
Place a fine mesh strainer, cheesecloth or nut milk bag over a large pitcher and pour watermelon puree through the strainer.
Cover and refrigerate fresh watermelon juice for up to 2 days.
