Ingredients
1mediumgreen cabbageabout 8 cups shredded or substitute 1 14 ounce bag of coleslaw mix
2mediumcarrotsshredded
2mediumgreen onionssliced
½cupsour cream
½cupmayonnaise
1clovegarlicfinely minced
3tablespoonslime juice
1teaspoonlime zest
2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
Instructions
Zest and juice limes. Finely mince or grate garlic using a box grater. Add to a small bowl with sugar and lime juice. Whisk in mayo and sour cream. Then add chopped cilantro and season to taste with salt and pepper. Or simply toss all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend smooth.
½ cup sour cream, 1 clove garlic, 3 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon lime zest, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, ½ cup mayonnaise
Shred cabbage with a sharp knife and use a box cheese grater to easily shred carrots.
1 medium green cabbage, 2 medium carrots
Toss shredded vegetables with dressing. Stir in green onions.
