Ingredients

pumpkin seeds
rinsed and dried either overnight or in a 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.

butter
melted

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Stir together the pumpkin seeds and butter in a bowl. Add the salt and stir to coat.

Spread the seeds on a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake stirring often until light brown and toasted, about 30 minutes.
